Privacy Policy for TheelUtil

Data Collection/Usage

The only data collected within the bot from you, a user of TheelUtil, is your Discord ID and Profile Picture URL (referred to hereforth as the PFP URL). The ID is needed and used to associate your progress in the game with your account, and the PFP URL is needed and used for drawing your profile picture on your profile card. The PFP URLs are not shared with anybody, and are discarded as soon as your profile picture is drawn on your profile card. The IDs are not shared with anybody, but must be kept to identify your progress. Your 15 most recent messages are hashed and compared against new messages to ensure you aren't spamming for quests. These 15 message hashes are not stored in the database, only in memory, and they are cleared every time the bot restarts. You may delete your most recent message hashes at any time by sending a message with the content ``delete my hashes``. The bot will not send a message in response, as this may be said by accident and we don't want to clutter channels. However, your hashes will be immediately deleted from the bot's RAM.

Data Deletion

In order to have your data deleted, use "!deleteme cnf" in a server channel that TheelUtil can see. Alternatively, you may email [email protected] requesting a data deletion, or contact Theelx#4980 on Discord. Once your data is deleted, you cannot get it back.
